3. Content Generation and Ownership

Our Service allows you to generate images using AI technology. While you retain ownership of the content you create, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your generated content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate does not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees as they become due. We may modify subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
